Our company Taiyuan Jiahongda Industries Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specialized in manufacturing forged steel parts of valves, valve adapters and forged steel flanges. We are located in Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, China. Our total area is 7,300 square meters and covered area is 3,000 square. We are equipped with relevant forging machinery, totally over 100 sets of machines. All procedures of forging and heat-treatment and machining are completed in our own forged shop, heat-treatment shop and machining shop. Our annual capacity is 8,000 tons. Our company is ISO9001:2000 certified for the production & service of forging steel parts of valves, valve adapters & flanges. All the procedures of production are recorded, so it is very easy to trace. All products are enclosed 3.1 Certificate. We have carried out the International Third-Party Inspection (TPI) on products and have got EN10204 3.2 Certificate. We manufacture forged steel parts & flanges according to all kinds of standards around the world and the main standards include American Standard (ANSI/MSS/AWWA), German Standard (DIN), Japanese Standard (JIS), British standard (BS), and European standard (EN1092-1). The size range is from 1/2" to 72". We can make forging parts and flanges with carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex steel and other alloy steel. We can also make forging & flanges based on drawings and samples. Our products have been exported to more than 5 countries and regions including the USA, Germany, Italy, Denmark, India, and the Mid East. We have our own independent import and export rights.
