With eight years of striving, Taicang Dongcheng Plastic Co., Ltd. covers 6000m2, staffs more than 260 personnel, and has an annual turnover of 5,300,000 USD. Meanwhile, our products have many varieties. DONGCHENG has powerful mold design and fabrication ability. In Dec. 2005, Screw Machine Plant was set up and CNC machines made in Taiwan area and mainland China were brought in. In order to have better development, painting lines were introduced in 2005. Now, we obtain several painting techniques, such as screen painting, transfer painting, wet painting, and bronzing.
With our experience, an integrated quality control system has been set up. We acquired SGS ISO9001:2000 certificate. Presently, our products can pass the ROSH & GP inspection. ISO14000&TS16949 standards are our next Quality Control target.
