Located in the city of Kunshan, in the Greater Shanghai Region of China, our facility is approximately one hour's drive from the beautiful city of Shanghai. Sycamore is head-quartered in the heart of a modern industrial park on two adjacent buildings covering more than 90,000 square feet (10,000 square meters). We employ 15 engineers, 20 technicians and 20 QA/QC personnel. Sycamore is an ISO9001 registered company and our staff is highly trained and understands the high quality standards to which we manufacture. Our current operating rate is 500,000 finished goods sku's, each comprised of 100-200 parts on BOM, annually. Our capacity is expandable to 1.5 million finished goods sku's. 85% of products manufactured are for American market. Our experienced team of engineers and technicians design and build production tooling in house. We are also able to work with customers at very early stages of product design to help develop manufacturable components in the most economical way possible. Our core competency is manufacturing components out of metal and plastic. We routinely work with materials such as steel (HR, CR, Stainless, Galvanized), aluminum, copper as well as numerous plastic resins. We have internal packaging design capabilities and scalable assembly lines to assemble and pack finished products. We are experienced in a multitude of custom coatings such as powder, wet spray, anodizing, and plating.
