According to the opinion of the owner Eng. Mostafa Al-Shennawy who is working in dairy machinery field since 2000, he realized that the requirements of dairy products in the Egyptian market is in continuous increase specially those which produce automatically Ultra Filtration (U.F.) and high product quality.By February 2005 he established Snow-White for Industrialization a Limited Partnership Company under the provision of Investment Law No. 8 for year 1997 with total capital amount 60 millions Egyptian pounds with his two sons.The company has started the production with white cheese (Feta, Istanbully, Thalaga and Baramily) and soft cheese with flavors (Thyme, Pepper, Olive and Chili).
