Simpler Time Clocks United States

Simpler time clocks is a small clockmaking, clock repair, and clock sales company started in 2006 and located in Central texas. We are a sole proprietorship specializing in custom, hand-crafted wood cabinet wall and floor clocks with quality mechanical movements, selling under our own brand name. Our current products are produced by hand by one or two individuals using standard woodworking and clockmaking tools. We have one low-volume outside clock cabinet supplier and limited capability for building our own clock cabinets. Our supplier of clock movements and other internal components is not similarly contrained. We sell new and antique clocks by other makers on our website and at a local retail location. We have established that there is demand in our geographic area for quality, low-cost mechanical clocks, both on a wholesale and retail level. Accordingly, we are searching for one or more suppliers who are able to initially supply small quantities of clocks and/or clock cabinets and who are capable of supplying larger quantities as our business grows. The owner is a retired aerospace engineer with a masters degree in business administration and is a member of the national association of watch and clock collectors (nawcc), American watchmaker clockmaker institute (awci), and the capital area watchmaker and clockmakers guild (cawcg).
