Shanghai Baihe Walsin Lihwa Specialty Steel Products Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, owned by Taiwan Walsin Lihwa Corporation. Baihe Walsin is one division of Special Steel Business Group, specializing in manufacturing stainless steel bars (hot rolled and bright). Our products have superior purity, high stability and good machinability, with perfect accurate tolerance. In one word, our product quality can reach advanced level of worldwide industrial specifications. Our company has two mills, one is hot rolled mill, and the other one is cold finished mill. The main equipment includes reheating furnace, traditional 600/500 hot rolling mill, combined machine, high precise center-less grinding machine, peeling machine, straightening machine, solid solution furnace and full annealed furnace. Our products can be sorted to hot rolled bars, cold drawn bars, center-less ground bars and peeled bars. Our raw materials are mainly sourced from Taiwan Mother Company and domestic factories. Our products can meet the specifications of ISO, JIN and ASTM. Our inspection equipment includes Vertical spectrum instrument, carbon and sulphur analysis instrument, high power microscope, tensile testing machine and impact testing machine. In order to strengthen international business, Baihe Walsin has implemented Enterprise Resource Planning system by SAP and MES system, and we introduced ISO9000 Quality management system in early 2000.
