We have got two factory about fabrics. We take liberty of introducing our company, emek mensucat, as manufacturer of chenille fabrics since 2004. Our company has 10000 m2 open and 4500 m2 closed factory area. We have six machine sets consisting dornier weaving and stauble jacquard machines which are all 2004 and 2005 production. In our production we use dralon acrylic chenille yarn made of bayer. Our recent mountly capacity is 45.000 meters.
We are producing chenille fabrics for Curtain, tablecloth, bedspread and tulle curtain since 1989 in our other factory. Our company has 1000 m2 open and 1500 m2 closed factory area. We have eight machines, two unit 3-60 somet excel, two unit sets consisting jacquard bonas and stauble jacquard 5 super excel, and four machines armur wide width vamateks. Our recent mountly capacity is 35 000 meters.
