Qingdao Xingle Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd is changed its name into Baicheng Fujia Machinery Manufacture Co., ltd officially now. The company was founded in 2000. It is a large private enterprise of production, Research & Development and sales as a whole. Due to company growing in an intensified speed, we purchased state-owned enterprise Baicheng Machine Tool Plant and founded Baicheng Fujia Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd in 2005. We started resource integration in 2007 and moved all the main machinery and electrical equipments producing to Baicheng Fujia plant. Spare parts producing, sales office and after service were located in Qingdao. Then in October, 2009 Qingdao Xingle Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd was changed its name into Baicheng Fujia Machinery Manufacture Co., ltd officially. Now our two production bases cover over 100 thousand square meters and has more than 400 employees including 50 mechanical and electrical engineers, 200 technical staffs and 30 after service staffs. Our products refer to electrical machine, paper-making machine and we invest in rolling mill in the People's Republic of Mongolia. The sale average each year of CCV lines and equipments reaches RMB 120 million these years, in 2007, 2008 and 2009 at the top place among the same industry in China. As the most main triple-layer co-extrusion cross-link equipment supplier in China, our products qualities are very appreciated by the customers. Till October, 2009, we have had produced almost 200 CCV lines including Rubber CCV lines, including China( Jiangsu Yuandong Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Shangshang Co., Ltd, Wenzhou Xingle Co., Ltd, Xinjiang TEBA Co., Ltd .etc.), Iran, Vietnam, Bengal, Taiwan, Indonesia, Korea, Brazil and Egypt etc. The company has its own intellectual property and comprehensive capacity for developing products whose quality is controlled by ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System. Gathering many specialized technical personnel together, the company takes the lead in using the computer automatic control technology in CCV line automatic control, which makes its equipment control technology reach the international level. On the basic of comprehending advanced technology of international equipments, we improve the technique of the triple-layer co-extrusion CCV product line, push out a series of matured products such as 35KV high speed and 110KV high voltage .etc. triple-layer co-extrusion dry-cure CCV line, 500KV VCV line and Rubber CCV line, SPV/45~SPV/200 protecting sheath units; high voltage aluminum wrapped up vertically and corrugated armoring units.
