The Paniz golden Frames Co was established in year 2000, the main activities of this Co is production of decorative framed crystals, porcelains and gift items. The quality and the beauty of our work is due to a cared and distinct process all done in the hands of professional craftsmen and women as art lovers and as our companies colleagues and workers. Following is a short description of the production process which takes place for each individual item produced by Paniz Golden Frame Co., LTD. At first the white porcelains and chinaware and other items are decorated with special decorative patterns such as flowers, sceneries and other designs. The decorated items are placed in special tunnel kiln and they are fired upon for up to 3 to 5 hours at temperatures of up to 850 degrees centigrade. After the firing is finished and the ready items are cooled, they are ready to be fitted with specialty made frames, handles and stands which are sized, fitted and welded with respect to each item. The frames, handles and stands are made of top grade bronze which are designed and ordered by our own professional craftsmen and women staff and designers. After the fitting process is done, now the frames are ready to be plated with special plantings such as gold, silver or other special plantings materials. To extend the life, shininess and the beautiful looks of the plating, each finished frame is coated with a special varnish and it is again fired up to 140 degrees centigrade in a special kiln to fix the varnish. The frames are now ready to be fixed on their respective porcelain and chinaware and decorative items. The final piece is polished and wrapped with a protective bubble wrap and then packaged in a presentable decorative box.
