Ningbo Zhongda Metal Casting Industry Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer and exporter of various metal parts,our main products are various castings(including investment casting,die casting,sand casting), metal stamping parts, foring parts. The company was established in 1994. The yearly output of various castings is above 4000tons and 1000kinds which are used in vehicles, metallurgy, mine, petroleum, agriculture, coal, marine, architectural machinery, medical and food machinery, automobile manufacture, machinery manufacture and so on. The material refer to ferrous metal such as stainless steel, alloy steel, ductile iron, etc and non-ferrous metal such as brass, aluminium, aluminium alloy, zinc alloy, etc. There are300 employees in our company now . We has full-sets of equipments for production and testing, medium frequency induction furnace, wax injection machine, die-casting machine ranging from 250tons to 1600tons, shot blaster, SPK direct reading instrument analyzer, metallurgical analysis, tensile strength tester, hardness tester, CMM. We can also do heat treament,polishing,painting,TPR and other surface treatment.
