Ningbo Junling Mould Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Die Casting Park Zone, Beilun District, Ningbo, a coastal city with a strong atmosphere of modernization, industrialization and commercialization. Junling Mould is a medium-sized privately-owned enterprise that produces aluminium, magnesium and zinc alloy Die Casting mould specially as well as processing products, integrating the development, design, manufacture and processing into one entity. Our company has modern workshops with an area of 6000 square meters and the subsidiary facilities, boasting professional technology personnel with high qualification and the mould making staff with rich experiences. The main technology indexes for the design and manufacture of our company: We use SKD61 for carrier rod material; the hot processing hardness is HRc50to55; we use Punch carrier rod; we use DIEVAR produced by ASSAB company for mould core material; the maximum precision for mould is 0.05mm, and the maximum precision for mould core is 0.02mm.
