Ningbo Feilong Tinplate Printing Vessel Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, located in Ningbo Xiaogang Economic & Technical Development Zone (No.38 Xingzhong Road, Xiaogang, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, China), adjacent to Beilun Port, with convenient transportation and abundant commercial potential. By the end of 2002, our company has introduced the first domestic Fuji P452-type two-color printing production line from Japan. At present, we have established a set of perfect management system and advanced printing & coating equipment. We own five sheet printing and coating production lines: two are Fuji P452 two-color automatic alcohol dampening printing production lines, two are Fuji P452 coating production lines, and one is English Crabtree automatic tinplate printing production line. We also have four Japanese battery coating production lines, which are suitable for kinds of 1#, 2#, 5# and 7# batteries, as well as a metal cutting machine. Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 in 2001 and ISO14001:2004 in 2005. Since February, 2004, our production capacity of tinplate processing already has exceeded 20,000 tons. Currently, we specialize in processing high-quality tinplate products, such as food tins, drinking tins, cigarette cases, battery coating, rice cooker coating, vacuum flask coating and aerosol cans. The sale volume exceeds 12,000 tons per year. Our major customers: PECSH, Wantwant Milk, Lulu Drinking, Qingshui Shanghai, May Flower, GP Battery, Mustang Battery, Sonluk Battery, Zhenglong Battery and Nanfu Battery spread at home and abroad (Japan and Singapore). The total output value of our company is about 40,000,000 RMB. We have more than 120 employees, including 11 technical personnel. The scale of workshops is over 29,000 square meters.
