There are 6 rigid PVC film production lines in our company. Our new production line introduced in 2007 can produce super thin thickness film: PVC shrink film and PVC twist film. Our PVC shrink film is excellent for machine printing, without wrinkles after printing. The thickness range is 25-50 micron, the max. stretch width is 2880mm, and the max. TD shrinkage is between 60%-63%.
The PVC twist film suits for machine packing, and the packing speed can reach 500-600pcs a minute. The thickness range is 25-50 micron, and the max. width is 1500mm.Metallized, transparent, and color film are all available.
