The name "Lonimar" originates from the combination of the words "Abalone" and"Mare" which is the Latin name for "sea". The brand "Sea Prince" was chosen to reflect the high standard of seafoods while the Company Logo is modernistic representation of the Abalone shell. As an Australian company, Lonimar has a unique approach to Asian Cusine. Our purpose is to bring rare Australian seafoods items which are rich in Asian tradition and culture into the 21st Century by giving both Eastern and Western consumers the Innovation needed to make these foods accesible, user friendly and definately delicious. If it is not deliciious, we do not want to produce it. We will never compromise on quality.
