Jinan City Licheng District Hualin Rubber Products Factory was established in 2004 in Jinan. Our company specializes in manufacturing all kinds of rubber products, including inflated rubber defenders, inflating airbags, construction models and other rubber products.After a long term study of the airbags used in ships and boats and anglysis of the working environment,we bring in several innovations in the designing of this products.First,we conduct pre-forming treatment in the metal nozzle of the airbags,achieving a high gas tightness in the nozzle.By doing this we succeed in solving the loosening and leaking prone defect of the nozzles in airbags.We performed lots of experiments on the rubber on the outer surface of airbags,and lead to the conception of a high-strength material which can stand strong winds,seawater corrosion and UV illumination.This material is applied in the manufacturing process,we adopt the most advanced winding process to increase the bearing capacity and movement resistant and movement resistant capacity of airbags.Besides,the inflated models are made with the manfacturing process of high-stength airbags.They are widely used in the construction of fabricated elements inbridges,highways,railways,channels and pipelines.It could be easily installed and dismantled,time-and-labor-saving,environoment friendly and recyclable.inflating rubber defenders are ideal anti-collision devices used in ships and boats all over the world.It could absorb great ebergy,and impose smaller pressure on the hull of the boats.We have developed defenders of various types,shapes and colors,which appeal to different customers both at home and abroad.These products have been widely used in oil tankers,sea platforms,piers and yachts.Now we are pouring more technicians into the developing of high-strength and lightweight defenders.
