Jiaxing Winged Hardware Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. The new factory-Winged Hardware was founded in October, 2007. Our other factory has been established for over 30 years. As an export and processing enterprise, we are currently focusing on processes including die building, stamping, bending, welding, assembly & finishing. We have more than 80 pressing machines up to 315 T of power and other equipment such as protruding weld machines, fold bending machines, flow-drilling machines, board-cutting machines, spot welding machines, rivet joint machines, and wire-cutter machines. Our new 20,000 square-meter factory is designed for turning out 9 million metal parts and 800 tons of steel every month. Projection for the year annual production value is more than USD 12 million. Here is a brief history of developments of these benefits with the following well-know global customers. 2002----Helped US-Based LEGGETT & PLATT to develop a frame for their recliner product. We have been a preferred supplier since. 2004----Became supplier of cutting blades to US-Based mower company OREGON. Developed business to become the major supplier of these products. 2006----Office Furniture maker, French based STEELCASE, sourced metal structures for two new products. Since that time the partnership has developed so we provide a major sourcing option to the main US business as well. Working towards 6 SIGMA standard manufacturing for all their products. 2008---Started to make certain tube based healthcare products for UK based SIDHIL. Now supplying many items on a KANBAN System from China. 2009---Working with Large Chinese conglomerate ZheJiang Xizi Group to develop Lifting and Parking equipment. Now a confirmed supplier.
