Jiangsu Yibang Safety Products Co., Ltd. is a joint venture by Shanghai Hygloves Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Hygloves (Hongkong) Co., Ltd., which owns independent import and export right. Founded in April 2007, we are located in No. 85, East Shenzhen Road, Huai'an Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. Our company covers a land area of 50 acres with a total building area up to 35,000sqm. We own registered capital of RMB 15 million and total assets of RMB 26 million. Huai'an is a city with long history and convenient transportation, and has also been a trade and transportation hub of seaway and landway since the ancient times. The most respected first Premier of China, Zhou Enlai, was born in Huai'an too. China's Grand Canal runs across the city; major highways connect Huai'an with all neighbor cities and other provinces, including Jinghu, Tongsan, and Ninglian; Xin-Chang Railway runs through the city as well. With the foundation of 2nd part of plant, our yearly capacity reaches RMB 150 million, and our annual profit reaches RMB 1.5 million.
