Inner Mongolia OED Engine Co., Ltd. was established in the year of 2006 with registered capital of 400 million RMB. Our company covers an area of 2000mu, and is located in Kangbashi New District, Dongsheng. Our company has 1000 employees, and our total capital assets are 1.5billion RMB. Our company is one of the largest and the most advanced diesel engine and gear box production bases in China. OED engine belongs to HAWTAI Automobile Group, which was established in the year of 2000. HAWTAI Automobile Group, as a large automobile manufacturer with international operation in China, engaged in the production and sale of vehicles and auto engines. We also provide auto R&D and after-sales service. With arduous efforts of nearly 3000 HAWTAI people and through 6 years of sustained development, HAWTAI has primarily achieved the strategic planning with production bases for core components, an auto industrial park and a sales company, supplemented by a multiple operation company. Our group's total asset is RMB 3.8 billion. We have two main production bases, one auto industrial park, and four main platforms and production lines of ten main vehicle families. Our current production capacity is 200 thousand vehicles per year. In 2005, HAWTAI Terracan vehicles were selected by the General Armament Department for UN peacekeeping mission, and our products are sold to countries in Africa and Latin America, such as Angola. HAWTAI Auto Group was awarded ISO 9000 international quality system certification in October, 2001 and CCC compulsory Certification in April, 2003. As one of the main auto makers in China, HAWTAI undertakes the social responsibility of saving energy and benefiting human beings, and focuses on the R&D and utilization of clean energy power. Our group has a technology R&D center, with about 100 international and domestic auto experts. We are working closely with foreign research institutes and universities.
