Our factory, Huzhou Xinnanhai Weaving Plant, with independent import and export rights, lies in Bali Dian Industrial Zone in Huzhou. We are only 130 kilometers away from Shanghai and 80 kilometers away from Hangzhou, enjoying an ideal location and convenient transportation. With an investment of 120 million Yuan, our factory covers an area of 6.67 hectares with the building area of 25,000 square meters. Our factory is equipped with 140 Somet-Mythos air-jet looms with electronic dobby motion and 4 nozzles. Our jet plant is mainly suitable to produce fabrics with grams from 100g/sq.m. to 300g/sq.m., including cotton, cotton with spandex, T/R, C/N, and N/C fabric. We can also make plain weave, twill, and jacquard fabrics in small or large quantities. We have a team specialized in color treatment with rich experience. Now color cloth orders take up over 90% of our business. We have an annual production capacity of 18 million meters. Our silk weaving branch, equipped with 60 rapier looms and 300 shuttle looms, is specialized in producing silk fabric, such as georgette, China crepe, heavy crepe de chine, crepe satin plain, double georgette, silk-cotton interwoven fabric, and yarn-dyed silk fabric. We have an annual production capacity of 7 million meters. Our plants, with updated equipment and excellent and skilled staff members, attach great importance to technical innovation.
