Hunan Shinestar Steel Group Co., Ltd is a large investment group company which deals with steel pipe manufacturing and trede,we group has three factories which can produce SMLS/ERW/SAW/LSAW pipe, we deal with real estate, and logistics. We consist of four full-fund subsidiary companies engaged in steel domestic trade, steel foreign trade, real estate and logistics that can be divided to 10 branches. We now have RMB800 million assets and became one of the Top 100 Private Enterprises in Hunan Province in 2006 and one of the Top 500 locally run enterprises in China in 2007. With a 80,000 square meter warehouse, our steel logistics company was divided to 8 branches in Changsha, Shaoyang, Chenzhou, and Hengyang. Our annual sale tops up to 1.5 billion, and our annual production value of logistic loading and distribution tops up to 100 million tons. Moreover, our warehouse can store 200,000 tons. As a result, we formed a service system of purchase, storage and logistics. The vessel of Shinestar No. 1 set out well in 2005, which can load 2,000 tons of goods and navigate both inside and outside of Hunan Province. While Shinestar No. 2 set out in 2007 and can load 8,000tons. Therefore, we take a dominant role in the freshwater route by operation of two vessels. It is a landmark for our company.Our Real Estate Company was divided into 2 branches: developed 2 projects in Changsha in Hunan province and Pingxiang in Jiangxi Province, with investment of RMB300 million, and covering a building area of 0.3 million square meters. We have invested RMB150 million in Pingxiang, Jiangxi, which is a city with developed communications, dense mineral resources and economic strategy - thereby an important place to develop a large steel market. It covers an area of 500 acres, with 50,000 square meters of building area. In Hengyang and Yueyang, we have invested RMB300 million and established a large complex trading market, with total area of 1,200 acres, including 80,000 square meters of building area.Our company was established in 2007 with RMB3 million registration funds, mainly dealing with export trade of many kinds of steel products; such as tubing steels, section steels and wire products. Our main products are seamless steel pipes, spiral welded pipes, galvanized steel pipes, channel steels, angle steels, hot-rolled sheet steels, tracery sheet steels, common wires and threading steels.
