H + R with 25 years history since 1985, we had many achievements and gained some important rewards. In 1990, we signed a License Agreement with MTS, U. S. and PASSAVANT, Germany, for technology transfer and cooperation. In 1993, H + R was qualified as-Outstanding Environmental Engineering Company in petrochemical and textile dyeing field-by EPA, the Environment Protection Administration of Taiwan. In 1995, we received the ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification. We are one of the earliest environmental companies to be qualified by ISO in Taiwan. In 1999, H + R obtained another reward as Outstanding Environmental Equipment Manufacturer, from IDB, Industrial Development Bureau of Taiwan. In 2001, H + R was evaluated as a Class A Outstanding Environmental Engineering Firm by IDB, Industrial Development Bureau of Taiwan. We design, manufacture, and construct: wastewater treatment plants, water purification systems, and pumping stations. We sale equipments for environmental protection, automatic control, air pollution control, incinerator, solid waste treatment, and swimming pool filtration. We are also sale chemicals for water and wastewater treatment. We are the only one company that performs in both engineering and manufacturing field in Taiwan.
