All machine faults caused by the defects in material and workmanship of our generators produced by GFF KEYPOWER are in the warranted scope. During the warranty period, GFF KEYPOWER will offer technical support and send parts for replacement if needed. The distributors of our products should examine the generators which have problems and send feedback to us with related pictures and product serial numbers. GFF KEYPOWER does not provide warranty for battery and filter defects. Warranty period: 1 year or 1000 hours, whichever comes first.
