Original ECPAL Vehicle was the product developing department of Carstar which is the biggest automotive repair information & technical training company in Taiwan Area. In consideration of the maturity of automotive tool market, our company was established in 2003. ECPAL keeps focusing on helping technicians to check and diagnose the problems rapidly, conveniently and accurately. We develop and improve products as per the demands of the market and partners also integrate the specialized source from MinChi University of Technology. Our principle is "Care Detail, Service First". We offer R&D and OEM support for tools and realize customers' ideas to product. We've developed some special tools for ignition systems(Ignition expert, Ignition extension and Spark tester), battery testing(Battery analyzer), and other autotronic system tools(Multimeter kit, wire checking clip, Multipurpose connectors, Noise master, Current leakage catcher and Housing disassemble kit). For overseas marketing, ECPAL started to join Taipei AMPA (Taipei International Automotive Part & Accessories Show) in 2004.
