We are bustling small Company in Manchester, UK. Our business is the development and manufacture of African and Caribbean food and drinks. Currently we have a range of new Cooking Sauces-Alafia Tomato Cooking Sauce and Potent Peanut Cooking Sauce. We also do very delicious and unique marinades / pastes-Balangwu Suya (great with any red meat, but good too with chicken) and Paste and Spicy Odeiga Paste-the answer to pork lovers; also fantastic with any white meat-chicken, Turkey.
All our products are manufactured to the highest standard in the UK. The products come in trays of 6 jars (for the domestic range) and trays of 4 (for the catering packs) . Pallet contains 300 trays. Shelf life usually 18 to 24 months. We do not use sugar or cream in any of our products. The cooking suaces are vegan friendly.
