We started our company as a family business specializing in swallow bird's nest breeding and farming since 2000. We wholesale both our raw bird nest and cleaned ones.We expanded our business into shrimp crackers manufacturing in 2005 under the name of CV Lobster Jaya. We produce our products under brand name Lobster and Puspita. Shrimp crackers are popular staple food in Indonesia because of its rich nutrition and delicious flavor. Since the start of the business, our crackers products have gained considerable amount of market share in our country, especially in the island of Java and Sumatra. We have confidence to maintain supreme quality in our products.
