B.Happy Corporation was established in November 30, 2006, by healthy and happy group of people. The company started with translation, consultanting and IPO services. After three years of working in auto business, in February 2008 we opened a new department, and used cars became companys major product. In March 2008, Pailing Vehicle Co. Ltd. became first incorporate company. In June 2008 World Star Co. Ltd. (Used cars web site: OCAR.COM.TW) became second incorporate company, and we had successfully created RUS.OCAR.COM.TW used cars website in Russian. Nowadays B.Happy Corporation presents more products such as new vehicles, new-used vehicles, used vehicles, auto spare parts, auto accessories, auto electronics, as well as translation service, consulting and IPO services. The capital of B. Happy Corporation is 5,000,000 NTD (Equal to USD is 160,000), the annual business volume is more than 30,000,000 NTD (Equal to USD is 1,000,000).Because Taiwan automobile industry is not well known in the global market, therefore Taiwanese automobile export business is not as good as Japanese, American and European. To catch up our goal of the company, B.Happy Corporation decides to diversify the products, provide better quality services and faultless network platform, also reduce customers costs to improve companys sales. B. Happy Corporation also has its own Vehicle Service Center, recognized by government of Taiwan, where cars can be properly tested to reveal all malfunctions . Each vehicle for export will be strictly checked, therefore each vehicle you receive will be in good conditions.The Companys main sources of merchandise are Taiwanese, Japanese and American manufacturers. And the major vehicles will be Japanese, American and Taiwanese brands. To provide more information for client from CIS and other countries in 2009 we are going to create more functional and faultless network platform for our clients.
