Advanced Optronic Devices (China) Co., Ltd. (AODevices) is a global high-tech company headquartered in the High-Tech Development District of Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. Our initial investment and technical teams primarily came from the United States. AODevices provides a wide variety of optoelectronic semiconductor devices, modules and sub-assembly products such as light-emitting diodes (LED), laser diodes (LD), photo detectors (PD), optical transceiver modules, LED lighting modules, LED street lights, LED tunnel lights, LED tube lights, LED downlights, LED bulbs, and others which find broad applications in the fast-growing solid state lighting and optical communications industries. Currently, AODevices has a Class 100 cleanroom of 100m2 for wafer fab, a Class 1000 cleanroom of 2000m2 for device packaging and a Class 10000 cleanroom of 10,000m2 for both epitaxy growth and module assembly. The total area of three manufacturing facilities exceeds 30,000m2. In addition, a multi-purpose office building of 20,000 m2 hosts the administration, operation, engineering and R&D branches of our company. AODevices has made several very successful LED street light demonstration projects. For instance, in the past three years, AODevices has delivered and installed more than 40,000pcs LED street lights in Weifang, China and thus made Weifang the first "LED City" in the world. Because of the outstanding performances and reliability of our products, AODevices won the world largest LED tunnel lighting project during a bid in Anhui Highways in August 2009, which accounts for over 10,000pcs LED tunnel lights.
