We have a small mill based in Flix, Tarragona, Spain. Producing fine quality traditionally or organically cultivated extra virgin olive oil. Sweet, aromatic and yellow colour. As with the mill, we have also recuperated the traditional elaboration systems of Olive Oil, so that we can enjoy an Extra Virgin Olive Oil elaborated with all our craftsmanship using a process that is almost unique to Spain. It is of very high quality which is why it is attractive to customers who appreciate high qualities of olive oil and can be found in delicatessen and gourmet shops etc. We use ancient granite stones to elaborate Extra Virgin Olive Oil first cold pressing. The oil is bottled in 0. 750 litlre dark glass bottles to protect the it from light. Metal screw top. Thin spout to be used as an pourer to drizzle the oil.
