Sodium Tolyltriazole is mainly used as antirust and corrosion inhibitor for metals(such as silver, copper, lead, nickel, zinc, etc.), widely used in the antirust oil products, as gas-phase corrosion inhibitor for copper and copper alloy, as treating agent for recirculating water, as antifreezer for cars, lubricant additive, absorbant for ultraviolet ray, etc. TTA-S liquid can be used together with many kinds of scale inhibitors and bactericide and algaecide, showing excellent anticorrosion effect in close recirculated cooling water system.
