Hmi cartridge filter is made of silicone-free non foaming fda approved polypropylene media.Hmi cartridge filter is suitable for applications when depth filtration required.Hmi is the best economical high purity filter cartridge available.Hmi features a graded density matrix of all polypropylene fibers. Hence, provides consistent filtration for wide variety of fluids.Continuous fiber matrix prevents media migration and improve production yield, overall quality and performance.Fixed pore structure enhances efficiency integrity and optimizing particle retention capacity.Hmi is thermally bonded without the use of surfactant, binders and adhesives. Thus, provides superior filtration results and eliminates the need for circulation to achieve product clarity.Thermally imposed tiny grooves provide reinforcement to the media surface, ensures even water distribution, lower pressure drop and prolong life span of filter.It is useful for high temperature and high pressure applications due to the build-in inner core.Nominal micron rating of 0.5,1,3,5,10,25,50,75,100& 150 micron.Sealed in individual poly bag.A guarantee quality product(iso 9001 certified).Technical specifications- nominal rating:0.5 to 150 micron- length:5 to 40 inches or 125 to 1016mm- id/od:30/63 mm- media:100% melt-blown micro denier& high density polypropylene fibers- end cap(optional): Foamed polyethylene.- end configuration: Doe or soe- max.
