MECHANICAL SYSTEM
Leveling system: is fully automatic by steel chains, fiberglass rods and parallelogram system.
Rotation: is hydraulically driven worm and spur gear.
SAFETY
Safety valves included in hydraulic cylinders stall the system in case of hose damage or any hydraulic system failure.
Hydraulic hoses and platform leveling system installed inside boom for protection.
Lifting / folding cylinders: Check and holding valves.
Outriggers cylinders: Check valves.

ELECTRICAL INSULATION
Upper and lower boom is constructed of fiberglass, tested and rated as category C, 46 kV and below ANSI A-92.2 1990.
Non conductive hoses and fiberglass leveling rods are used through all fiberglass boom section.

Two, constructed in reinforced plastic with fiber glass.
