FLEXO WATERBASED INKS FOR VARIOUS PAPER AND BOARD FEATURES: - Sharp Printability High Gloss Confirm to Global Standards and specification Suitable for printing on Paper such as Craft, Chromo and various Boards. Excellent Gloss. Ph Stable SUBSTRATES: - Can be printed on various Paper and Board.PRINTABILITY: - Excellent printability and good coverage Free from any printing defects. DILUENTS: - Aquatone inks can be adusted for viscosity with water depending upon the job, anilax. Screen and printing speed, if more 2 to 3% water is nedded, ready made diluent should be used. Excessive water for dilution cause foaming Accelerator and Retarder are available for special needs. COLOUR RANGE: - Full range of Pantone basic shades including Light Fast Shades. VISCOSITY : ph 8.8-9.5 10 - 12 Zhan Cup #4 at 25 LIGHT FASTNESS : Fair to good. OPACITY / TRANSPERACY : Depending on colours to colour. GLOSS : Good DRYING TIME : The drying is by absorption at Room temperature within seconds. STORAGE & SAFETY : Shake or stir well before using as phase separation may occur overtime. Store used ink separately. Never add or mix used ink to fresh ink for storage. Do not mix with, any other inks.
