Procedure:
1. Buyer issue LOI
2. Seller Agent issues FCO
3. Buyer issues the irrevocable Coorporate Purchase Order (ICPO)
4. Sellers Agent issue the Draft Contract and upon final agreement.
5. Both partys  review the Draft  Contract  and upon final agreement. Buyer shall, sign, seal,
