Product Details
- Spindle is made of chrome molybedenum steed (SCM-21),one piece machined, tempering and carburizing heat treated, precision ground. Spindle runs on precision bearing that offers wide cutting range.
- The gears and bearings in milling head are forced circulating lubrication that gives the excellent lubrication effect.Fitted with an oil level indicator, making assure the parts life.
- The tilting angle is 45 degrees. Double screw locking device makes the head tighten securely and release conveniently.
- Front mounted longitudinal movement (X-axis) handwheel.
- Front mounted water-proof control box is very easy to access.
- C5 class double nut ballscrew on X,Y axis.
- XY axis slideways and adjusting gibs are laminated with wear-resistant sliding medium (TURCIT-B) provides smooth moving and maximum wear resistance.
- Fabricated from quality material over FC30. Massive and sturdy constructed with conform to dynamic theorem. Castings are tempered for maximum wear resistant and without deformation.
- Table surface and slideways are normalized, high frequency heat treated. The table T-slot is calibrated then precision ground, to be used as a machining reference.
