Contract price: (annual / spot) -. 30, 000~60, 000mton per month; USD 220 / USD 230-. 90, 000mton per month; USD 217 / USD 227-. 120, 000mton per month; USD 215 / USD 225*. Broker commision and kick back allow from seller. Payment terms: -. Option a; irrevocable, confirmed, transferable, revolving letter of credit (L/ C) for one month delivery value 100% payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents. -. Option b; irrevocable, confirmed, transferable letter of credit (L/ C) for one month delivery value 100% payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents. Plus bank guarantee (BG) for the value of one (1) months delivery. *. If buyer can prove ability of transaction, we ca allow non transferable lc. Yard and visit and product inspection: buyer can visit the Russia after letter of credit issue and see product directly. Buyer can be checking loading situation in port as buyer expenses if they want. Performance bond: 2% Destination port: any safe world port, to be determined by buyerImplementing procedures in sequence: 1) buyer sends valid LOI or icpo on his letterhead signed with his bank data. 2) seller issues fco and contract to buyer with soft POP. 3) buyer signs, seals and returns contract along with pof (bcl / brl, not acceptable soft probe) . 4) seller signs, seals and returns contract to buyer. 5) buyer opens lc. 6) seller opens PB with full POP to buyer bank. 7) buyer visits seller yard by seller's letter of invitation. 8) shipment can commence. Note; 1) we can accept much commissions for buyer or his mandate. But, if commission is increased by brokers' chain, we can not accept transaction. 2) we can not cut used rail by russia's climate in winter season. Therefore, we can supply as autal length of product from november to march. 3) seller's soft POP can be provided after buyer's icpo. We have 2 dozens of product picture and inspection report copy.
