Additional Benefits & Advantages:
KLP Top is intended for use in heavy duty work under positive or
negative pressure: positive pressure when no blower is attached to the
filter unit and negative pressure when blower is attached to the filter
unit, forcing air out from the tank.
Cleaning pipes are connected using a quick connection without the
need for mechanical tools.
Optional Two BSPP 1/4" outputs for process control (e.g. dP gauge)
Optional one or two BSPP 1" outputs for process control (e.g. level
switch).
The High pressure tank is manufactured and tested in accordance with
the CE Directives, 97/23/CE (PED), 87/404/CEE and 90/488/CEE
Smarter Controls: The pulse jet cleaning cycle can be controlled using a simple and economic sequencer. However, we do advise the use of a newer and smarter method. Our smart control units hold
several major advantages:
Cleaning cycle is automatically reviewed and changed, depending on the
dP across the filter media.
The smart control unit can be fully integrated with other existing
manufacturing processes.
An optional level switch may be utilized to prevent overfilling.
Superior Handling: The KLP Top unit can be rapidly and easily disassembled for handling. The changing of filter media is done manually without the need for any mechanical tool.
