Each single pocket of the GT pocket filters are made of progressivestructured synthetic media, which is leakage free welded and in selfsupporting stability. On the one hand this conditional on manufacturingshape stability results from tubular separators, on the other hand thisis further supported by an additional reinforcement of the media on theclean air side of each single pocket. By this the pocket filter GT isable to keep its shape also at variation in pressure or at shut down ofthe turbine.
