Specifications
1.Hexagonal section form cargo boom use hexagonal section form,making
boom posses strong carrying capacity,big lateral rigidity,small end deflection.Meanwhile, HG70 high strength steel plate were used to relieve weight of cargo boom and enhance working
stability.
2. We use stretch cargo boom with synchronously, both extended and contractive boom rope arranged inner the cargo boom,make it appearance cleanliness and beautiful.
3.High hinge points,not only make load of cargo boom, amplitude oil cylinder and rotary table distributing more reasonable ,but also make truck crane have unique structure and attractive appearance.
4.It is equipped with floodlight and horn while operating it on the upper system.
5.We use “H” type distributed landing leg,making truck crane has big span,strong antidumping ability and good stability. Mean while, the duplex gear pump make flow distribution of hydraulic system more reasonable.High performance two-way hydraulic lock were set up on the hydraulic landing leg,Balance valve were set up on the amplitude cylinder and flexible hydraulic cylinder of boom,make operating it more safety.
6.Rotating braking valve was set up in the swing mechanism, it locking braking system while not doing rotative controlling to avoid trackslip.
7. Main valve has the function of loaded feedback on the upper system,it may cut off hydraulic system while hook has lifting to a ceratin height,making operate safety and reliable.
8.Both underpan and upper system have accelerator pedal,making operate easily.
