This mould is made by Shenzhen Accord Industry Limited, which adopts the latest technology of metal insert overmolding with full automatic production. And it aslo uses 4 drops Mas-Tip hot runner with 4 valve gates plus 3 sub gate way, which ensures the products pass filling balance text. The core steel and cavity steel of the mold are H2083 (HRC 48-50), while the shot life is 500K circles. The shot weight is 3.19 g and the circle time is 30 s.
