Different magnetic mineral grains move along a different path, thus sorting for two or more separate beneficiation products.

The whole magnetism system of Iron Magnetic Separator From Slag/Dry Magnetic Separation Process adopts high performance rare earth neodymium iron boron materials and the high quality ferrites materials, and an ingenious open magnetic circuit, so the highest magnetic induction intensity of tube surface reaches more than 0.8T which is 3-5 times than the conventional machines, and the selective area owns the same magnetic field strength of electromagnetic ore separator. The selective tube is made of wear-resisting stainless steel; the materials to be selected so evenly transported to the top of the selective tube through the vibrating feeder, then the nonmagnetic material is eliminated while the tube revolves. On the contrary, the magnetic materials is attached to the tube through the magnetic field force. And it is quite easy and accurate to use screen plate to separate the materials.
