SP slurry pump is a submerged slurry pump, also known as vertical slurry pump. It is a vertical centrifugal slurry pump. The SP type slurry pump has a shaft seal-less structure. There is no need to add shaft seal water and there is no shaft seal. When this kind of slurry pump is used, the pump head and part of the bracket tube of the slurry pump are immersed in the slurry to work. This kind of pump is generally installed in the tunnel and is usually fixedly installed. The SP type slurry pump can also be equipped with a stirring device at the water inlet below the pump head to stir up the particles in the slurry to avoid sedimentation and better extract the slurry.
The depth under the liquid can also be extended according to the site conditions, or a suction pipe can be installed to increase the depth under the liquid. What is the difference between an extension shaft and a suction pipe?
The pump head of the extended shaft slurry pump must be below the water level, and the liquid level of the suction pipe must be below the pump head when starting the pump. After starting, the pump head can be higher than the liquid level, as long as the inlet of the suction pipe is in the slurry It can work normally inside.
The SP series is also lined with rubber material, represented by SPR. The SPR-type pump can transport particles without sharp corners.
The transmission methods of SP series include direct coupling and belt transmission.
