Theliquid nitrogen level alarmis a monitoring instrument used to sense temperature changes and liquid level heights in various low-temperature liquid nitrogen containers. When the liquid level in the liquid nitrogen tank drops to a certain level, the alarm device will be automatically triggered to avoid danger during production or use.
The liquid nitrogen level alarm is so excellent, but what specific functions does it have?
Features:
1. Temperature display:can detect and display the temperature of the liquid nitrogen container in real time.
2. Fault alarm function:When the sensor is disconnected or the input is open or short-circuited, the instrument automatically emits an audible and visual alarm, the alarm indicator light on the panel lights up, and the buzzer responds.
3. Over-temperature alarm function:When the temperature of the measuring point of the liquid nitrogen container is lower than the low temperature set value or higher than the high temperature set value, the instrument automatically issues an audible and visual alarm.
4. Parameter setting function:directly set the high temperature set value, low temperature set value, control temperature value and control hysteresis value through the setting keys on the panel.
5. Silencing function:
When the instrument is in the sound alarm state, if necessary, you can click the "Alarm" button to stop the buzzer and eliminate the sound, and click it again to turn on the sound. In the setting state, click the "Alarm" button to save the setting value.
6.Power soft switch:
Long press the "Power" button on the panel to turn off the instrument power, and long press the "Power" button again to turn on the instrument power.
In addition, the liquid nitrogen level alarm can also automatically start and stop the solenoid valve according to the set temperature point to realize the liquid nitrogen replenishment function of cryogenic equipment, effectively improving the safety and reliability of the operation of the liquid nitrogen container.
