But this rectangular magnet has excellent temperature stability and can be used at temperatures up to 500 ℃. Therefore, alnico rectangular magnet is also one of the important industrial magnets. AlNiCo Block Magnets
Square alnico is one of the conventional shapes(known as rectangular AlNiCo block magnets), which can be processed by sintering and casting process. As the first generation of permanent magnet block, square alnico block magnet is mainly composed of aluminum, nickel, cobalt and iron.The long block magnets are called AlNiCo bar magnets. Alnico block magnet has the best temperature coefficient, and the maximum working temperature can reach 500 ℃. Alnico block magnets do not need protective coating because of its excellent corrosion resistance.
