1.The Description of Thrust Roller Bearing:
Thrust roller bearings are used to axial load mainly axial, radial joint load, but the radial load should not
exceed 55% of the axial load. With other thrust roller bearings, such bearings friction coefficient is lower,
higher speed, and aligning performance. Standard design thrust cylindrical roller bearings with metal solid
cage, cage according to user requirements, can be applied to other types or materials. Reasoning
tapered roller bearings can withstand axial load, the limit bearing axial displacement, it can be used as a
one-way axial positioning. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings, bearing capacity, relative sliding small, but the
lower speed limit.
2.The Features of Thrust Roller Bearing:
1 The bearings are principally provided with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers
and a common sphere raceway in out ring, the two inner ring raceways are included at
an angle to the bearing axial.
2 The bearings have good self-aligning ability and can operate when the shaft deflection under load or the shaft deflection
under load or the shaft misaligning in mounting, and their permissible aligning angle is 1 to 2.5 degree.
3 The bearings have heavy load carrying capacity and anti-impact ability, in addition to radial loads, they also can carry axial loads in two directions
4 In general, this type of bearings permits a low limiting speed.
