Our company produce different kind of valve parts, like Butterfly valve,Stop valve,Solenoid valve, safety valve, high pressure valve.
Mainly used in Petroleum and chemical industry,food equipment, marine equipment and Pulp and paper field.
The material of these parts including CF8,CF8M,CF3M,1.4308, 1.4408 ect.
Normal stainless steel,and also some duplex stainless steel like 1.4462 and heat resistant steel 1.4848.
Some parts request WCB,1018 material.
we use soluble core,ceramic core to get the complex inner structure.
We have 11sets of CNC machining center and 27sets lathe to machine these parts.

Shijiazhuang Shenghua Group Co., Ltd, SSG for short, was established in 1994. It was developed from Shijiazhuang Huacheng Precision Casting Co., Ltd. After 20 years of unremitting efforts, SSG has now developed into a modern enterprise group and has 8 subsidiaries engaged in casting, machinery manufacturing, real estate development, quasi - financial investment and business services.
Group headquarters plant expansion plant: located in the factory on the west side, the workshop covers an area of about 3,000 square meters, for heat treatment workshop and finished warehouse.
SSG takes investment casting and machining as foundation and has been engaged for more than 20 years since its establishment. Now SSG has over 30,000 square meters of factory buildings and 400 employees, including 40 senior technical personnel. The annual production of Casting is 1,800 tons. Besides, SSG is already accredited with ISO9000 international standard quality system certification in 2000, PED-CE certification of EU and Germany AD-2000 certification in 2003, as well as TS16949 certification by TUV Company in 2009. Products are involved in automotive industry, machinery industry, petroleum industry, chemical industry, electrical industry, aerospace industry and others.
