Environment Simulating Chamber and NVH Test Room for Engine and vehicle Test
Environment simulating test system is used to test if the engine, motor or components can operate effectively under extreme conditions (temperature and environment).
The system can adjust the pressure, temperature and humidity accurately, and can simulate some weather conditions which is unlikely to present in nature. The traditional natural environment
calibration process can be replaced by environment test system.
It comprises environment simulating chamber, temperature & humidity adjusting system, fresh air supply and pressure regulating system, exhaust system, and electric control system, to simulate various
environment condition of high-altitude, plateau, extremely cold, extremely heat, low altitude in the extreme temperature range of -50~150ÂșC, and humidity range of 0~100%RH. Noise, vibration and
Harshness (NVH) test system
Application fields: vehicle exterior noise analysis; noise source sort; analysis and optimization design of exhaust noise and power transmission system; noise analysis optimization; sound and
vibration transfer path analysis; vehicle interior sound quality optimization; road noise reduction optimization (hub surface can be replaced).
