The samosa making machine is made up of five parts, namely the rack section, the reduction part, the stuffing filling part, the dough feeding part and the forming part.
Principle:
Dough is pushed to the outlet by the screw propeller, forming the hollow dough tube, and the stuffing will be pushed into the surface of the pipe, and the final forming die is rolled out.
Details:
The whole process mainly by the transmission dough, filling and forming three parts to achieve. Stuffing feeding part is to put the filling into the hollow tube and control the filling quantity of the institutions, which is composed of stuffing bucket, a stuffing auger, a stuffing pipe, two-stage variable vane pump. Transmission section is to extrude dough into the hollow pipe and control the skinned thickness, amount and size of the organization, which is formed by the tray, face the Big Dipper, cover, the flour auger, pay roll, adjusting nut and inner, mouth. The main function of forming part is to mould the shapes. And it is made by forming frame, forming mold, forming roll, fastening bolts and dry bucket.
Function:
This Machine is applicable to make dumplings, samosa, spring rolls and wontons by changing the forming mould. The stuffing of these finished products can be all kinds of 100% meats, all kinds of 100% vegetables and mixture of meat and vegetable, and these finished products can be boiled, steamed, fried. The thickness of dough wrapper and the quantity of filling can be adjusted as well.
