Mostly used fixing sizes: 18 inches, 20 inches, 22 inches, 24 inches, 28 inches, 32 inches

Total height: 96 to 98 cm (Asian countries), 98 to 101 cm (European countries)

Note: if you have a special requests for the fixing size and total height, please feel free

to contact with us for more details.

(2) Tube material: both outer and inner tube are aluminium

Please kindly note this model can only use aluminium tube. If you need iron tube trolley

handle, please contact with us for other models or moulding opening.

(3) Tube color: outer tube bright silver color, inner tube bright silver color

Original color: means the pipe will not have any anodizing color, only keep what it looks like

originally

Question 01: Are you a factory or a trading company?

Answer 01: We are a factory for luggage and bag accessories, such as trolley handles, luggage

wheels, luggage grips, locks, foot stands, etc. Below is our factory pictures.

Question 02: How will you control your product quality?

Answer 02: There are main two tests: physical test and chemical test.

For the chemical test, normally we take RoHs or REACH. Depend on customer's requests.

Question 03: What kind(s) of business tearms you can do?

Answer 03: Normally we accept Ex-work, FOB, CNF/CFR, CIF (ICD), DDU, DDP

Question 04: What will be your payment terms?

Answer 04: We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Paypal, etc.

Question 05: If I am interested in your products, can you supply samples?

Answer 05: We can supply one free sample for each model. But if the total sample quantity

reaches 3, we will charge sampling fee.

Question 06: What will be your lead time?

Answer 06: For samples, our lead time will be 5-7 days; for mass cargo, normally speaking,

25 to 30 days.
