Our company was established in 1976 and has five subsidiary companies which specialize in shoes making. Occupying an area of 6 Hectares, staffed with 1,800 employees and equipped with 5 cementing shoes lines, 2 PU injection shoes lines, 1 PVC Injection Machine and 2 Rubber Boot production lines, our company mainly produces Hiking shoes, Waterproof shoes, Snow boots, Bean boots, Military boots, PVC inject boots, and Rubber boots. We can also produce 3 million pairs of shoes per year. We mainly sell our products to the USA, Canada, Japan, European countries, and domestic markets. With more than 20 years' experience in producing safety shoes and Military boots, we have advanced techniques and skilled workers in producing shoes which have special functions, such as Oil resistance, Antistatic, Toe impact resistance, Metatarsal protection, Electric shock resistance of sole, Sole puncture protection and Fire retardant. In 1999, our company was awarded ISO9001 quality system certification by China Quality Certification Centre. We also have gained CE and CSA Certificates for our safety shoes. For exporting to Japan, our safety shoes have reached JISS Standard. In April 2007, we import one Desma Rubber Double-density Injection Machine from Germany and this machine is mainly used to produce high-quality shoes and Military boots. Only by innovation can we produce high-quality goods for the society by which our enterprise can gain permanent life-force. The DESMA D922/24 double-density side-included rubber injection machine, introduced from Germany, is a kind of world first-class shoemaking facility which is the first one presently in China. The introduced facility will gradually replace the old traditional shoemaking technique of mould pressing, which ushers in a new era of automatic machinery production in shoemaking industry, adds to the excellent capability of products and enables them to meet the strictest requirements.
