Shanghai Jizhen Electric Co., Ltd. is engaged in manufacturing various power supply related products. With our registered capital of RMB 9 million, in 2008 our revenue reached RMB 55.42 million, with sales income of RMB 50.12 million, total assets of RMB 35.54 million, and gross liability of RMB 19.8 million. Jizhen has been awarded as the honor of Class AA+. Established in 1993, through 16 years of hard work of all employees, Jizhen has developed from a production factory into a modern enterprise with our own skilled design and development capability, advanced equipment and modern management methods. Six of our major communication products have attained the TLC Product Certification by Information Industry Ministry, named as DPJ88-380 AC communication distribution panels, DPZ91-48 DC communication DC distribution panels, PD23-1000 DC communication power distribution panels, XF5G communication outdoor cabinets, GXF5-240-48 communication optical connection cabinets and PRS1800 communication high frequency switch power supplies. Some of our power supplies have attained the VDE safety certification.
